Job Summary
The Global Business Resilience team which is part of Corporate Security is focused on protecting the company associates customers operations brand and reputation. We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) professional to support our BCM & DR Governance team in the ongoing development implementation and maintenance of the BCM & DR program in accordance with ISO Controls.
Responsibilities
Provide BCM & DR expertise for potential Disaster scenarios to ensure that the firm technology infrastructure applications and services meet internal and external resilience requirements.
Design maintain and update the DR policy DR framework DR processes and DR test standard and templates ensuring they are audit ready on an on-going basis.
Identify operational gaps and potential business continuity/disaster recovery risks and recommend solutions to enhance operational processes to close gaps and mitigate risk
Work closely with the various BCM and DR teams to ensure process BIA recovery strategies and BC/DR plans align with their respective IT internal and external dependencies.
Coordinate and participate (where required) in various types of BCM & DR tests ensuring the Test standards are adhered to and report results to leadership in a timely manner.
Ensure all required Disaster recovery data for applications infrastructure criticality etc. is appropriately captured in the BCM tool on an on-going basis.
Ensuring the Operational effectiveness of BCM Transformation to Service Now by coordinating with various process owners to ensure timely completion of BCM Program (BIA RA BC & DR Plans BCP & DR Testing).
Certifications Required
Holding certifications in BCM/DR like ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer CBCP/ABCP (DRII) FBCI/MBCI/AMBCI (BCI) EDRP or any other similar certifications that is internationally recognized.
