About The Role
We are looking for an experienced SDET with strong expertise in both automation and functional testing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in Cypress or Playwright, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end functional and automation testing across electron based applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business teams to understand requirements.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Ensure high-quality releases through regression testing, integration testing, and performance validation.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and other Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 610 years of strong experience in SDET (both automation + functional).
- 2+ years of experience with Cypress or Playwright (mandatory).
- Strong programming experience in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience developing automation frameworks and scripts from scratch.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
