Role: Senior SDE Full Stack
We are looking for a highly skilled, product-driven, senior-level engineer who can own the complete engineering lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
This is a core team role where you will work directly with the founders, shape the product roadmap, build scalable systems, and lead engineering best practices.
This is NOT a routine developer job this is a builder role for someone who wants to create, scale, and own a global product.
Required Technical Expertise
Core Tech Stack
- Frontend: React.js / Next.js, TailwindCSS
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js
- Database: MongoDB
- Version Control: Git, GitHub
Bonus (Highly Preferred)
- React Native (Built and deployed at least 10-20 IOS & Android apps)
- Expo / Native Modules understanding
- Mobile-first architecture planning
DevOps & Infrastructure
- CI/CD pipelines
- Deployment experience on Vercel, Render, AWS, or DigitalOcean
- Docker, NGINX, Cloudflare
- API security & performance optimization
- Server monitoring & scaling
What You Will Own (End-to-End Responsibilities)
1. Full Product Lifecycle
- Architect Build Test Deploy Maintain
- Translate product requirements into scalable engineering solutions
- Build clean, reusable, optimized end-to-end systems
2. Performance & Scalability
- Improve speed, security, and reliability of web/app
- Optimize MongoDB queries, caching, and load distribution
3. Product Innovation
- Work closely with founders to design new features & product flows
- Rapidly prototype and ship features using AI tools when needed
4. Team Leadership
- Mentor junior engineers & interns
- Conduct code reviews and define best practices
- Drive engineering culture, quality, and ownership mindset
5. Agile Execution
- Own sprints, estimations, and fast delivery cycles
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and growth teams
6. Documentation & Code Quality
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

- 35+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Strong experience shipping end-to-end product features
- Proven ability to work in startup environments
- Ability to take full ownership of modules & releases
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and architectural thinking
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX integration
- Familiarity with AI tools for development acceleration
- Can work independently and make high-quality technical decisions
