Job Description
Handling P1/P2/P3 Tickets/requests from customers
- Participation in the implementation of developmental cross-module projects
- Implementation of solutions based on non-standard requirements with the participation of functional consultants
- Should have Techno functional Capabilities and have the experience in working on highly customized systems.
- Having knowledge on SD-AFS is added advantage.
- Must be able to lead a team of consultants and support them technically and take care of the deliverables without missing SLA's.
- Client facing and challenging role.
- Flexibility to work in US Shifts. (Night Shifts).
