Job Description

About the Role:

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to provide hands-on coaching to teams and support

broader organizational improvement efforts. Reporting to the Health AppOps Director, this role supports

Scrum teams and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, high trust, and delivery excellence.

The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader, flow enabler, and coach, methodically addressing team-level

and systemic constraints. In addition to traditional Scrum practices, this role leverages modern AI-enabled

techniques to enhance backlog quality, reporting, risk identification, and continuous improvement-while

ensuring responsible and compliant use of AI.

Education:

. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related

field

. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification / experience

Experience:

. Total 6 to 8 years of experience with minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

. Proven experience supporting multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.

. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle

(SDLC).

. Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

. Experience scaling Agile practices in multi-team environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

. Background in software development, IT operations, or technology project management.

. Working knowledge of DevOps concepts and continuous delivery pipelines.

. Experience or demonstrated aptitude in leveraging AI tools to support delivery, reporting, or analysis

(preferred but not required).
