We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scrum Master to join our fast-paced software engineering team and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of agility, innovation and delivering value.
In this role, you will work with one or more of our value stream agile teams in the planning, execution and delivery of key initiatives, in alignment with business priorities. While this is an individual contributor role, you will lead from a position of influence, ensuring team members live agile values and principles and follow agreed processes and behaviors.
Building strong relationships across the organisation to promote cross-functional, cross-value stream collaboration to drive effective value delivery, you will facilitate agile events and providing coaching or mentoring where required.
You will be committed to continuous improvement, remaining flexible and open to opportunities to guide teams in improving their working practices whilst also actively supporting the refinement of Agile practices across IDBS.
