Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record in software development, particularly in mobile and web application development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing impediments, ensuring adherence to timelines, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Experience in the Life Insurance and Health Care sectors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Track and report sprint progress using Jira or similar project management tools.
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine the backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset within the team.
Mandatory Skills
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing software development teams.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Preferred Skills
- Mobile Development
- Familiarity with Life Insurance and Health Care domains.
- Experience with tools such as Jira for tracking and reporting.
