Required Knowledge & Skills: -
- SAFe experience on SAFe ceremonies like PI Planning, ART Meetings, Scrum of Scrum Calls.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/ PSM)
- DevOps - at least basic Knowledge (CI/ CD/ Pipeline).
- Jira or ADO Tool
- Along with normal Scrum Master expertise.
- Added Advantage:
- Mural, MIRO, Trello tool
- SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist certification.
Skills: -
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the two assigned development teams.
- Ensure these events are productive and within the timebox.
- Guide team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Provide coaching on Agile practices and principles.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Ensure a smooth workflow by addressing internal and external blockers.
- Assist in effective Product Backlog management.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and communication.
- Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that the Scrum board and other tools like Jira are up-to-date.
- Facilitate team's quarterly CMM review and maintain scorecards.
- Regularly analyze burndown charts and other metrics to track progress.
- Ensure teams meet delivery commitments by proactively communicating and collaborating with cross team dependencies.
- Act as a consultant to team members and stakeholders on best practices.
- Help resolve team disagreements and improve work styles.
Qualifications: -
Bachelors/masters in I.T or equivalent
