Shift: Must overlap with US Eastern Time (2-3hrs)
The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and supporting multiple Agile teams operating within a blended Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Agile delivery practices, driving organizational Agile transformation, and ensuring effective collaboration between India based teams and US stakeholders. The Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring teams operate with discipline, predictability, and continuous improvement, aligned with expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile and SAFe practices.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies in a structured, timeboxed, and outcomedriven manner.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and USbased leadership to ensure alignment of priorities, backlog readiness, and delivery expectations.
- Identify and remove impediments, escalate risks, and ensure continuous flow of value.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and provide coaching at the team and program level.
- Maintain delivery KPIs and support governance, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Promote strong communication, transparency, and collaboration across distributed teams.
Required Qualifications
- 58+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Agile transformation across multiteam environments.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including distributed and crossfunctional groups.
