About the Role
As our Senior Screenplay Writer, you are the architect of the Dashverse narrative engine. You won't just be churning out endless episodes; your mission is to pioneer and create high-octane, vertical micro-drama stories. You will be the mastermind behind our high-stakes promos, pilot episodes, and experimental mini-series, serving as the bridge between a wild concept and a polished, must-watch screenplay. You'll ensure that every pilot and promo is packed with the tension, emotion, and viral hooks necessary to launch the next Dashverse obsession.
The Role (What you'll actually do)
- The 3-Second Rule: Craft screenplays that grab attention before the user can even think about swiping. If there isn't a twist or a cliffhanger every 60 seconds, we're doing it wrong.
- Trend Alchemist: Take global micro-drama tropes and give them a soul that resonates with the Indian heartland.
- The Bridge: Collaborate with directors and editors. You aren't just handing over a PDF; you're ensuring your vision survives the edit.

- Drama in your DNA: You have a PhD in TV and web series structures, emotional beats, and why audiences love a good villain. You possess a strong understanding of micro-drama narrative structuresspecifically how to keep things fast-paced, emotional, and twist-driven.
- Video Purist: You are a master of visual storytelling. If your experience is strictly in text-only or podcasts, this isn't the role for you. We need someone who writes for the lens.
- The Creative Spark: You're a creative thinker who breathes life into original ideas with a sharp sense of character and dialogue that doesn't feel like a template.
- The Process General: You are process-driven and Fast & Furious. You can manage multiple scripts simultaneously while maintaining your wit, your sanity, and our high-speed delivery schedule.
