Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior School ERP Sales Leader. The key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, generating revenue, and building long-term relationships with educational institutions. The leader will oversee the sales cycle, engage with stakeholders to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive new business opportunities for the company's school ERP solutions. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction is critical.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development experience, including a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, client acquisition, and expanding market share
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills suitable for engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers in educational institutions
  • Understanding of EdTech products and services, specifically School ERP systems, and the ability to demonstrate their value proposition
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute sales plans effectively
  • Strong teamwork and leadership qualities to manage a sales team and collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency in CRM software tools and other relevant technology platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the EdTech sector or selling to schools is highly advantageous
