SENIOR SAP TECHNO FUNCTIONAL

SAP Development & Technical Implementation

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs including reports, enhancements, BADIs/BAPIs, and interfaces

• Perform configuration changes and technical enhancements in SAP systems

• Develop integrations using OData, XI/PI, MuleSoft, and web services

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and perform unit testing

Functional Analysis & Solution Design

• Gather and analyze business requirements across CRM modules

• Design functional solutions including contracts, billing, quotes, and repair services

• Create epics, features, and user stories for Agile sprint planning

• Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions

SAP CRM & Business Process Management

• Manage SAP CRM modules including contracts, billing, and service processes

• Support end-to-end business processes across supply chain, finance, and operations

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and external systems

• Provide ongoing support and issue resolution

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams for iterative delivery

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams

• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions

Testing, Support & Maintenance

• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing

• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues

• Maintain system stability and performance

• Continuously improve application quality and performance

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements

• Provide regular updates on development progress

• Resolve functional and technical issues collaboratively

• Maintain effective communication across teams
