These are ONSITE roles in CANADA with a global client. For the right candidate, client will sponsor work permit.

Our client is looking for Senior SAP SuccessFactors professionalsacross multiple levels (Sr Consultant to Senior Manager) for roles in Canada.

These opportunities are open to candidates globally.

Required Experience:

· 10+ yrs experience working on Global Successfactors projects (US, Canada, UK, Europe, Middle East, or other regions)

· Strong end-to-end (full lifecycle) implementation experience in SuccessFactors

· Solid consulting background

· Excellent communication skills

Job Title: Successfactors Employee Central/ Payroll/ Compensation and Variable pay (Sr. Consultant/Manager/Sr. Manager level)

Location: Anywhere in Canada

Full Time role with a multinational client

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities for Successfactors Employee Central Role:

  • 10+ yrs of Successfactors Experience
  • 5+ yrs experience in Successfactors Employee Central
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules
  • Work on data models, workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions (RBP)
  • Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Integrate EC with other modules such as Payroll, Time Tracking, and Recruiting
  • Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams

Key Responsibilities for Successfactors Payroll Role :

  • 10+ yrs of Successfactors Experience
  • 5+ yrs experience in Successfactors Payroll
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
  • Experience in Global payroll
  • Work on payroll schema, rules, wage types, and PCRs.
  • Support end-to-end payroll processing, including testing (Unit, Integration, UAT).
  • Handle payroll-related integrations with Employee Central, Time, and third-party systems.
  • Perform data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
  • Provide support for payroll issues, defects, and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal payroll requirements.

Key Responsibilities for Successfactors Compensation and Variable pay Role:

  • 10+ yrs of Successfactors Experience
  • 5+ yrs experience in Successfactors Payroll
  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules
  • Experience in Global Compensation
  • Work on compensation planning cycles, bonus plans, and incentive structures
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system design
  • Support UAT, data validation, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
  • Prepare functional documentation and user guides
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS and Payroll
