We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience in S/4HANA projects and exposure to SAP cloud security tools. The candidate should have expertise in SAP Security, GRC, and BW Security across hybrid (On-Prem & Cloud) landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 1 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation/upgrade/Migration experience.

  • Strong expertise in SAP Security role design, authorization concept, and governance framework.

  • Hands-on experience in S/4HANA role design (On-Prem / Public Cloud).

  • Expertise in PFCG role creation, SU24 maintenance, derived & composite roles.

  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge using SU53, ST01, and authorization trace tools.

  • Experience in SAP Fiori security, catalog & group management, OData services activation.

  • Experience in SAP GRC Access Control implementation and support (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).

  • Perform SoD risk analysis, mitigation controls, and firefighter monitoring.

  • Experience handling security activities during S/4HANA implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Strong knowledge of transport management related to roles and authorizations.

  • Hands-on experience in SAP BW Security including:

o BW role design

o Analysis Authorizations (0TCA.)

o Data-level and reporting-level security

o BW on HANA / BW/4HANA security concepts (preferred)

  • Exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud security concepts (Business Roles, IAM apps).

  • Hands-on experience with cloud security tools:

o SAP BTP Security (IAS, IPS)

o SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG)

o Azure AD / Entra ID integration (preferred)

  • Experience working in hybrid landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Cloud).

  • Ability to coordinate with Functional, Basis, BW, and Audit teams.

  • Experience supporting internal and external audit requirements.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in scaled environments, handle multiple parallel projects, and manage security workstreams independently.

  • Experience leading small teams or owning end-to-end security deliverables across projects.

  • Exposure to RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, solution design inputs, and client presentations.


Qualifications

Educational qualification:

  • BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
