Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD modules, ensuring smooth business operations and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management
- Configure and support SAP SD modules, including pricing (Condition Technique), output determination, and billing processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Handle issue resolution, enhancements, and system support activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI) for seamless integration
- Perform testing, documentation, and user training as required
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks aligned with project timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD
- Strong knowledge of OTC processes (Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management)
- Expertise in SAP SD configuration including pricing and condition technique
- Experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects
- Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and FI modules
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in S/4HANA environment
- Exposure to global or US clients (preferred due to shift timing)
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and US shift
