Requirements
Over 15 years of comprehensive SAP and domain experience across multiple industries.
Extensive hands-on expertise and deep functional knowledge of the S/4HANA FICO module.
Strong understanding of core Financial Accounting processes, with broad exposure to P2P, O2C, and M2D cycles, including EBRR, Planning, FP&A, taxation procedures, statutory compliance, and applicable accounting standards.
Solid grounding in Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
Led at least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementations as a Lead Functional Solution Architect.
Deep expertise in Finance BPML, with the ability to advise clients on industry best practices and optimized process design.
Proven experience in facilitating business process workshops and conducting Fit-Gap analysis.
As a Solution Architect, successfully led engagements across all phasesfrom problem definition and diagnosis to solution design, development, and deploymentwithin large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs.
Designed detailed solution architectures and process documentation, and drove implementation and deployment planning.
Engaged effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership across domain, process, and technology.
Actively contributed to organizational initiatives, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and capability-building efforts.
