Job Title: Lead SAP PP Consultant / Sr. SAP PP Consultant
Work Location: Pune (Work from office, 5 days a week)
Full-time with Quantum Integrators
Shift: IST Or UK Shift (02.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST)
Key Accountabilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP Module
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of PP
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Good understanding of business processes pertaining to Production Planning as part of domain knowledge
- Knowledge of ECC & SAP S/4 HANA from SAP PP module perspective
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects mainly into designing and configuring PP module.
- Well versed with manufacturing process of Discrete, Repetitive and Process Industries and MTO, MTS methods
- Thorough knowledge on respective Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Center, Recipe etc)
- Cross Functional experience with FICO, MM, QM, PM, SD, PM etc
- Well versed to use FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps
- Knowledge of Batch Management Functionality is must
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Understanding of accounting business processes
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a Can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with domestic and international client.
- SAP S/4 HANA Certification in PP or manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of PPDS, IBP, Workflow, IDOC is an added advantage
- SAP QM Knowledge is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of third-party tool interface is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
