Job Location : Pune
SAP Experience : 8+ years of experience in SAP development in client environments of similar scope and size
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business knowledge on Material Management and ability to converse with customer business teams, drive discovery sessions.
- Well versed with SAP methodology: Discover / Prepare / Explore / Deploy / Realize / Deploy Operate (AMS). Hands-on with SAP Solution Manager / Tricentis / other Testing tools.
- Ability to independently conduct Explore workshops with customer using SAP Best Practices / relevant SAP Model Company
- Well versed with SHOW & TELL approach: Install SAP Best practices, conduct customer workshop to capture delta from SAP Standards, revalidate delta with Customer, Documentation and Sign-off.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and map their business requirements related to SAP MM (Procurement, Storage, Master Data elements) and extensions viz. SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP Ariba (would be an advantage)
- Lead / Manage / Review SAP MM topics with primary focus and associated E2E process cutting across SD, FI, PM, PP, PS (at a high level) during implementation.
- Worked / Exposed to: Material Master / Org structure, Procurement process (PR, PO, Rfx), Vendor Management, Goods receipt, inspection and vendor invoice management, AP, MRP (multiple scenarios), Vendor contracts, stock management. Service procurement would be a PLUS.
- Exposure to SAP WM and EWM, SAP SRM / Ariba would help.
- Ability to document functional specifications (WRICEF), Validate Tech specification and WRICEF objects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test E2E process involving FI, SD, PP, PM
- Exposure to testing tools and experience on manual and Automated testing, writing test scripts.
- Handling customer documentation, SIGN-OFF on project deliverables.
Qualification : -
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM.
- Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP MM implementation projects.
- Proficient in SAP MM configuration and customization management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- SAP certification in the SAP MM is a plus.
Preferred Skills : -
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Retail
