Role Summary
As a AD/SM/Manager SAP MM, you will combine deep SAP MM domain expertise with enterprise-level leadership to design, build, and optimize large-scale SAP solutions. You will lead SAP transformation programs, drive architecture maturity, and align business objectives with scalable, efficient, and future-ready SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, build, and configuration of SAP MM and related SAP applications to meet evolving business process requirements.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA migration and modernization programs, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for SAP MM, supply chain, and platform integration.
- Develop reusable templates, tools, and governance models for SAP implementations.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, stakeholder discussions, and business process reviews.
- Establish and enforce architectural and delivery standards across multiple accounts.
- Lead the design of SAP MM integration with Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Ariba, and other SAP/third-party systems.
- Contribute to SAP maturity models, solution accelerators, and best practice frameworks.
- Partner with SAP vendor teams to secure platform-level support and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Mentor and coach technical teams, fostering skill development, innovation, and delivery quality.
- Represent the SAP practice in steering committees and client governance forums.
Must Have Qualifications
- 1220 years of total experience, including 10+ years in SAP architecture and leadership roles.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), including configuration, integration, and customization.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformations, migrations, or large-scale upgrades.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder SAP programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem components MM, FI, SD, Ariba, Integration Suite.
- Proficiency in application design, business process analysis, and technical specification development.
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable and compliant SAP solutions.
