Position Title: Senior SAP Manufacturing / Planning Consultant

Experience: 8–12 years

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Manufacturing / Planning Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP Production Planning (PP) and related manufacturing processes within S/4HANA or ECC environments. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of planning, production, and inventory management functions across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP PP, MRP, and shop floor control, with strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PP (Production Planning) and Manufacturing solutions.
• Manage integration between PP and related modules such as MM, QM, SD, and PM.
• Configure and optimize MRP (Material Requirements Planning), production versions, routings, BOMs, and capacity planning.
• Support Shop Floor Execution, Discrete / Process Manufacturing, and Make-to-Order / Make-to-Stock processes.
• Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
• Develop and test solutions, resolve defects, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Recommend process improvements aligned with manufacturing best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams for interfaces with MES and external planning systems.
