Role Overview

Techylla is hiring an experienced SAP HANA Modeler to lead the migration of ECC reports into S/4HANA, while enabling advanced reporting and analytics through modern cloud platforms. This role demands strong expertise in SAP HANA modeling, data pipeline design, and performance optimization, with proven ability to connect SAP data into scalable enterprise ecosystems.

Experience Required

10+ years overall IT experience

5+ years in SAP HANA modeling

Key Responsibilities

• Develop SAP HANA calculation views, CDS views, and data models for ECC S/4HANA migration
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Enable integration of SAP data with cloud-based analytics platforms
• Optimize HANA models for query performance and compliance with SAP best practices
• Build/manage data pipelines using SAP BODS, DBT, or other ETL/ELT tools
• Conduct impact analysis, performance tuning, and validation of migrated reports
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery

Technical Skills

• SAP HANA Modeling (Calculation Views, CDS Views, Attribute/Analytic Views)
• ECC to S/4HANA migration experience
• Cloud data integration and query optimization
• ETL/ELT tools (SAP BODS, DBT, Airflow, Informatica Cloud)
• Data modeling tools (Erwin or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and BI frameworks

Preferred Skills

• Containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Compliance standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
