Senior Sap Finance Control Consultant

Experience: 08+ years of SAP S4HANA FICO experience.

At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations.

Experience in support/AMS and rollout projects.

Location: Mumbai/ Ahmedabad ( C2H)

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP FICO Rollouts & Support

Configure and support:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (ECC and S/4HANA).

Provide root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Mentor junior consultants and review their work.

Handle rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.

2. Business Requirement Analysis

Interact with Finance, Accounts, and Tax teams to understand business needs.

Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.

Provide best-practice SAP solutions rather than custom-heavy designs.

3. Integration Management

Integration with PoS, PMS, Ecobillz, e-Invoice and many third party system

4. Financial Close & Reporting

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

Assist with statutory, audit, and management reporting.

5. Taxation & Compliance

Configure and support:

GST / VAT / Withholding Tax / TDS

Country-specific statutory requirements

Ensure compliance with local legal and accounting standards.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (ECC or S/4HANA).

Good knowledge of New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA) if S/4HANA.

Understanding of Fiori apps related to Finance.

Functional Skills

Strong accounting knowledge (Indian GAAP / IFRS preferred).

Ability to map business processes to SAP.

Excellent documentation skills (FS, BBP, test cases).
