Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise, configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with business users and technical teams to drive successful SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FICO module implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, Internal Orders, etc.
- Integration knowledge with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, and HCM).
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities in SAP.
- Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support UAT with users.
- Resolve production issues and provide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare functional specification documents for RICEFW developments.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping.
- Experience in at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations and global rollouts.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (preferred).
- Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and global tax scenarios.
- Working knowledge of Financial Statements, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Ability to write Functional Specification Documents.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
- CA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com background.
- Experience working with clients across different geographies
