Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business process analysis, SAP configuration, implementation, support, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Configure and maintain:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Work closely with business users to resolve functional issues.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, and reports.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA.
• Knowledge of financial closing and reporting processes.
• Experience in integration with:
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PP
• SAP PS (preferred)
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects is an added advantage.
