6+ years of SAP IT support / delivery experience with SAP Finance & Integrations
Strong experience in SAP IT application support and delivery in SAP Finance and system integration, including: incidents resolution & root-cause analysis, delivery of change requests via system customizing, testing and transports management, delivering system enhancements and working with ABAP Developers
Experience in SAP system integration & interfaces monitoring and set-up with other systems (iDocs/XML messages) - mandatory
S4 HANA & FIORI experience
Knowledge of the integration points with other SAP modules (ex. SAP MM & SD) is a plus
Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA)
