Key Skills - Supply Chain with Public Cloud implementation is a must
Must-Have Skills:
- Experienced SAP Supply Chain consultant with exposure to PPDS and how the two products are used in conjunction with required master data
- Previous experience in triaging SAP incidents, and liaising with end users to identify and resolve issues
- Good communication skills including liaison with various stakeholders via video calls and Emails
- Experience of working in regulated environments (e.g. pharmaceutical) and conforming to set policies for producing and maintaining documentation
- Exposure to functional and UAT testing activities
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Good understanding of GXP requirements
- Exposure to Service Now IT Service Management tool
- Experience in providing training to end users who have limited exposure to SAP system
