Job Title: Senior SAP Basis Administrator (C2H - Remote)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator to manage and support SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA, and BTP environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, HANA DB)
- Perform SAP system monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Manage SAP HANA databases including backup, recovery, and upgrades
- Handle SAP system refreshes, client copies, and transport management
- Administer SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) environments
- Work on HANA 4DB and HANA DB administration tasks
- Ensure system security, user administration, and compliance
- Support patching, upgrades, and migration activities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
- Provide support during critical incidents and outages
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP BASIS Administration
- Hands-on expertise in SAP HANA and HANA DB
- Experience with HANA 4DB
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Experience in system installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Good understanding of SAP architecture and landscape management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in S/4HANA environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- SAP certifications are a plus
