Statement of work / Job Description On-Site Operational & Coordination Lead

6. Act as the on-site operational interface

7. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations and agreed processes and workflows

8. Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks, deviations, and delays in a timely manner

9. Represent client in meetings, workshops, and operational discussions on site in India

10. Support the implementation of jointly agreed decisions and actions

11. Ensure clear, structured communication between German and Indian stakeholders

12. Actively manage cultural and organizational differences to enable effective collaboration

13. Provide regular status updates, reporting, and documentation of issues, decisions, and action items

14. Work together with Germany and MLR team
