About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, lead solution design, guide implementation, and mentor team members ensuring scalable, high-quality Salesforce delivery across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and user stories.
- Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Work hands-on with customization (flows, validation rules, process automation, reports, permissions, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers on Apex, integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
- Conduct impact analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Lead demos, UAT support, documentation, and end-user training.
- Mentor and support junior team members; promote best practices and code/config standards.
- Ensure governance, security, and alignment with Salesforce platform limits and release updates.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 45 years of professional experience working with Salesforce.
- Strong techno-functional background comfortable with both business processes and technical solutioning.
- Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- If you have worked with Data Enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, it will be a plus.
- Experience gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and converting them into scalable designs.
- Good understanding of declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
- Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and basic Apex/Lightning concepts.
- Experience mentoring or leading small teams or workstreams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder / Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Experience with DevOps (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado, etc.).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
