Role: Senior Salesforce Engineer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Timezone: IST with overlap EST and France Time zone

Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work form anywhere in India (Preferably Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, or Pune)

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to support a large-scale marketing transformation initiative focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced/Next, Data Cloud, and connected customer engagement platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and expertise building marketing automation and customer data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and integrations
• Develop customer journeys, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies
• Configure Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and CloudPages
• Develop AMPscript, SQL queries, and marketing automation logic
• Integrate Salesforce CRM and external marketing systems
• Support customer data activation, consent management, and personalization initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and architecture teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and CloudPages
• Strong AMPscript and SQL experience
• Experience integrating Salesforce CRM with marketing systems
• Experience with campaign automation, segmentation, and personalization
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Strongly Preferred

• Salesforce Data Cloud experience
• Experience with identity resolution and unified customer profiles
• Preference center and consent management experience
• Experience migrating from Eloqua, HubSpot, or Marketo into Salesforce
