What This Role Requires

In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SrSalesforce Developerwith over 8years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform administration and development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both declarative and programmatic features of Salesforce, and a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Development:

• Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages
• Build and integrate APIs and third-party tools
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployment using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)
• Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications (preferred)
