About Position:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions. You will be the key point of contact for all development-related activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with other teams, managing resources, and driving technical decisions. What You'll Do:
- Lead the development team in designing, building, testing, and implementing Salesforce software solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality of the software through code reviews, maintaining documentation, and rigorous testing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers on the team.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in Salesforce - Conga CLM
- Expertise in Salesforce - Conga CPQ
- Mastery of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and HTML is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with SQL and database management
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies
- Proficiency in Apex programming Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
