About Position:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions. You will be the key point of contact for all development-related activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with other teams, managing resources, and driving technical decisions. You will also be expected to contribute to coding, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance to your team members to foster their professional growth.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the development team in designing, building, testing, and implementing Salesforce software solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality of the software through code reviews, maintaining documentation, and rigorous testing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers on the team.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in Salesforce - Conga CLM
- Expertise in Salesforce - Conga CPQ
- Mastery of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and HTML is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with SQL and database management
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies
- Proficiency in Apex programming Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
