Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development and automation. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, leverage AI-driven capabilities, and integrate Salesforce with external systems while following best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Lightning Experience.
- Build scalable and reusable Lightning Web Components for complex user interfaces and AI-driven use cases.
- Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Orchestrations.
- Configure and extend Agentforce to support AI-assisted workflows and agent-driven interactions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement Salesforce chatbots and conversational interfaces.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Process Automation, especially Flows.
- Experience working with Agentforce and AI-enabled Salesforce features.
- Experience in building and configuring Salesforce Chatbots.
- Solid experience with API integrations, including REST, OAuth, and Named Credentials.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Good to Have
- Experience in end-to-end CRM implementations.
- Salesforce Certifications such as:
- Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce-Agentforce Specialist
