Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with 6–8 years of Salesforce platform experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, and Service Cloud Voice, along with deep experience in Salesforce customization, integrations, DevOps, and scalable architecture design. This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of guiding development teams, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and engineers.

Review code, enforce best practices, design patterns, and security standards.

Drive technical architecture decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Salesforce Development & Customization.

Design and develop solutions using: Apex ,Lightning Web Components (LWC),Lightning Framework, lows & Platform Automation.

Implement complex business logic and automation aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Contact Center & Voice Integration:

Implement and manage Service Cloud Voice integrations using Amazon Connect.

Design solutions integrating Salesforce with telephony, call routing, and customer interaction platforms.

Build real-time call center experiences for agents within Salesforce.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture:

Design and implement enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external systems using: REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware (if applicable)

Work with external systems such as billing, order management, and customer data platforms. Data Model & Platform Design

Design scalable Salesforce data models:

Implement:Master-Detail and Lookup relationships, Large data volume handling strategies, Data security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

DevOps & CI/CD:

Implement and maintain Salesforce DevOps pipelines including: Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, Automated testing and deployments.

Use tools such as: Salesforce DX, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket , Jenkins / Azure DevOps / Copado / Gearset.

Quality & Performance:

Ensure high code quality through: Unit testing, Static code analysis, Performance optimization. Implement strategies for governor limit optimization and transaction management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with: Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
