Hiring For: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Pune
Experience: 8+ Years
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing customizations, configurations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Extensive experience developing Lightning Components.
- Developing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP, REST, and other integration methods.
- Creating and maintaining workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and other automation within Salesforce.
- Collaborating with business analysts and end-users to gather and document requirements, as well as provide technical guidance and expertise.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications, including debugging code, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes.
- Conducting unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
- Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including administrators, architects, and project managers, to deliver successful Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience in working with Agile Methodologies and Jira
