About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is strong in Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce best practices, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex, and LWC/Aura Components.
- Build and maintain Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Page Layouts.
- Implement complex business logic and automation aligned with Salesforce standards.
Integrations & APIs
- Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (Mulesoft/Workato), External Services, etc.
- Ensure data syncing, API governance, and optimal integration performance.
Solution Architecture & Design
- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Recommend best practices to optimize system scalability, security, and maintainability.
Platform Enhancements
- Work on Salesforce releases, upgrades, and new feature adoption.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD using Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work with Product Owners, Admins, QA, and Cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and guide the team on Salesforce standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 58+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs
- Salesforce Flows, Security Model, Data Model
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and performance optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud.
