Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce Applications Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying custom applications on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, a solid understanding of platform architecture, and hands-on experience with modern Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Customize and extend Salesforce functionality using workflow rules, Process Builder, flows, validation rules, and triggers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement and maintain Salesforce data models, security models, and sharing rules
- Optimize application performance and ensure best practices in Salesforce development
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services
- Support production issues and participate in release management activities
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and development best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development
- Strong expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience with workflow rules, Process Builder, and declarative customization tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including user management and data management
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
