Job Summary
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to support business operations. This role requires a strong technical background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure Salesforce applications that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications with a focus on performance and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as data models, architecture diagrams, and integration details.
- Implement and manage system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware tools.
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II (preferred).
Preferred:
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
- Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
