Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment.
Architect scalable and maintainable technical solutions using Apex, LWC, and integration tools.
Manage and mentor junior developers; ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Interact with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Drive technical discussions, solution reviews, and effort estimations.
