Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer with a strong background

in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. Candidates from product-

based environments are strongly preferred due to the need for high-quality engineering

practices and performance-oriented design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce.

- Lead Salesforce implementations with end-to-end ownership.

- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce components.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform

events.

- Drive requirements gathering, technical design, and documentation.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and guide the team technically.

- Manage release cycles using CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git).

- Maintain platform security, data integrity, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong command over Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits.

- Expertise in asynchronous Apex, platform events, and integration patterns.

- Strong experience in Git-based workflows and CI/CD.

- Hands-on with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Good to Have:

- Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit.

- Knowledge of CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

- Exposure to cloud integrations (AWS/Azure).

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
