You Are Great At
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
- Customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other development tools.
- Integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Performing code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Supporting and maintaining existing Salesforce implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Driving the migration of existing applications to the Lightning Experience.
- Configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ (Apptus CPQ) to support complex pricing and quoting processes.
- Implementing electronic signature solutions using DocuSign
- Generating and delivering documents and reports using Conga Composer.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
What It Takes
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning development, including Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce deployments and integration using SOAP & REST APIs.
- Proficient in JIRA for project tracking and issue management
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Apptus CPQ) implementation is a plus.
- Knowledge of electronic signature solutions such as Docusign.
- Experience with document generation tools like Conga Composer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
