Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce customization, integrations, and DevOps practices, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Configure and customize Service Cloud features including case management, knowledge base, Omni-Channel, and service console.
- Integration Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and platform events.
- DevOps & Deployment Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Azure DevOps. Manage version control (Git) and automated deployments across multiple environments.
- Performance & Quality Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Expertise Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong knowledge of Service Cloud configuration and customization.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
- DevOps Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and automated deployment strategies.
- Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work in an agile environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Bots, or Field Service Lightning.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
