Position: Senior Salesforce Developer-FinTech (FSP Domain)

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai(Hybrid)

Duration: Full time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Financial Services (FinTech/Banking) to drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions supporting digital lending, customer onboarding, payments, and engagement platforms. Experience in Marketing Cloud and nCino is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

- Build and optimize digital customer journeys covering onboarding, servicing, and retention.

- Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs for real-time integrations.

- Implement fintech use cases such as digital onboarding, KYC workflows, loan origination, and customer engagement.

- Integrate Salesforce with payments platforms, credit bureaus, KYC/AML systems, and banking APIs.

- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud for personalized campaigns and lifecycle journeys.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.

- Collaborate in agile delivery and contribute to architecture and code reviews.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.

- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Domain & Preferred Skills:

- Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or lending platforms.

- Knowledge of nCino (Loan Origination).

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio).
