Responsibilities and Impact:
Looking for candidate having 6 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce with handson experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components LWC, Aura components and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the design development testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Should be able to bridge gap between business stakeholders and technical team
- Proficiency in customization and configuration in Salesforcecom Apex and Lightning LWCAura technologies
- Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture and API landscape with different types of cloud like SalesService cloud
- Must have good understanding of how an Enterprise architechture works
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed in all development activities
- Must have working experience with different middlewares and should have understanding of Enterprise trigger patterns
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams
- Experience with web services REST SOAP JSON XML etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
- Participating in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers providing technical leadership and support
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce release and trends
- Monitoring and maintaining the health of the Salesforce platform while ensuring data integrity and security
- Should have strong presentation skills interacting with key stake holders for demos and presentations
- Good communication skills must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and other relevant clouds
- Must have at least 6 years of hands on coding experience in Salesforcecom application
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex Lightning Components Aura and LWC and Salesforce APIs
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Salesforce certifications eg Salesforce Certified Application, System Architect are highly valued
