As we scale our CRM ecosystem, we're looking for a hands-on Sr Salesforce Developer to guide our growing Salesforce team and drive the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 58 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
- Proven experience with Salesforce SDLC, deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, SFDX).
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Architect and implement Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align technical strategies accordingly.
- Manage system integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best-in-class engineering practices.
- Maintain documentation related to architecture, processes, and system configurations.
- Support DevOps processes including CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
