About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions that power scalable business applications. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with leadership skills and a passion for building impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Lead integrations with external systems, managing APIs, workflows, and triggers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement new features effectively.
Requirements
- 58 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Administrator) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations within Salesforce.
