- 58+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Strong experience in Email Campaign Development
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder & Automation Studio
- Expertise in AMPscript and SSJS for personalization
- Experience in Content Builder and Dynamic Content
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS for email template development
- Experience in SQL queries and Data Extensions
- Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Hands-on experience in CloudPages development
- Experience with A/B Testing and Campaign Optimization
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Integration (Marketing Cloud Connect)
- Understanding of Email Deliverability & Compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Experience with SFTP file transfers and Automation workflows
Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka / Event-driven marketing campaigns
- Experience with ETL tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, ADF)
- Knowledge of Einstein AI features in Marketing Cloud
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
