Job Description
Summary: As a Sr. Marketing Cloud Developer, you will work with Creative's highly qualified Salesforce Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions that utilize Salesforce platform best practices. As a Senior Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP to help build a strong customer base and drive business growth.
Significant experience in a similar role with a proven track record in managing Global and large-scale Marketing Automation projects with strong practical development knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Integrations, Integration Design, Data Modeling, AMPScript, SQL and Data Mapping.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP for clients
Create and implement marketing automation journeys using SFMC Journey Builder
Develop and manage email campaigns using SFMC Email Studio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Provide technical guidance to team members and clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP development
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)/Pardot development
Experience Marketing automation (Email, Mobile, Advertising Studio) and Campaign Design, Identify resolution, Customer Intent funnel, Programmatic and Predictive Personalization
Experience in integration with Marketing cloud such as Data Cloud,, MCI, Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, ClearMDM, Personalization, etc.
Certification in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and other relevant certifications
Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and implement them
Experience in Agile Scrum
Knowledge of HTML and CSS would be an advantage.
Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer, App Builder, PD1,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+)
