Job Purpose:

Deliver Salesforce features, UI components, and enhancements for client projects and Salesforce product modules with strong quality and maintainability. (for Salesforce Developers)

Build complex Salesforce features and integrations for projects and Salesforce product modules; act as backup lead and mentor to developers. (For Senior Salesforce Developers)

Own technical delivery across Salesforce client projects and Salesforce-based product modules; enforce code quality, release readiness, and mentor the team. (for Lead Salesforce Developers)

Roles and Responsibilities:

For Salesforce Developers:

Develop Apex classes, triggers (where needed) and LWC components

Build automation using Flow and configuration-first approaches

Create/modify objects, fields, validation rules, approvals

Write unit tests and address code review feedback

Support bug fixes, enhancements, and basic documentation

Assist in deployments and release readiness activities

For Senior Salesforce Developers:

Build advanced Apex/LWC components and reusable modules

Implement integrations (REST APIs, callouts, auth patterns)

Optimize performance; handle governor limit-aware designs

Support UAT, defect triage, and production stabilization

Contribute to release readiness and deployment support

Mentor developers and support intern training tasks

For Lead Salesforce Developers:

Lead endtoend Salesforce delivery (projects + internal product modules)

Break down work into sprint-ready user stories/technical tasks

Code reviews and standards enforcement (Apex/LWC)

Guide integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, auth patterns)

Oversee deployment readiness and release governance

Troubleshoot complex issues; drive RCA and preventive fixes

Mentor developers; support intern training and technical interviews

Qualifications:

• Atleast 5 to 11 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and integrations, SOQL/SOSL, and data modelling, salesforce configuration
• Atleast 5 to 11 years of relevant work experience as Salesforce Developers or Senior Salesforce Developers or Lead Salesforce developers or in a similar role
• Strong communication skills

• LWC basics and component-driven UI development
• Salesforce data modelling basics (objects, lookups/master-detail, record types)

• Integration patterns and debugging (payload analysis, logs)
• Git and disciplined development workflow

For Lead Salesforce Developers:

• Atleast 7 to 9 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and integrations, SOQL/SOSL, and data modelling, salesforce configuration
• Strong Apex (async patterns, governor limits), SOQL/SOSL, test classes
• LWC development and UI best practices
• Salesforce data modelling (objects, relationships, record types) and schema governance
• Security & sharing model configuration: OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS
• Configuration & automation: Flows, validation rules, approvals, Lightning pages; configfirst mindset
• Integration troubleshooting (logs, error handling, retries)
• Git-based development and structured release practices
