Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Experience : 3+ years

Work Mode : Remote ( 1st month alone Onsite)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

2. Build scalable automation while ensuring adherence to governor limits.

3. Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloudfeatures, including custom objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

4. Maintain >90% test coverage with clean, modular code aligned to SOLID principles.

5. Collaborate with architects and admins to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.

6. Support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data migration projects. 7. Participate in deployments and CI/CD pipeline management.

8. Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations.

Required Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.

2. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow automation.

3. Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge (objects, record types, validation rules, etc.).

4. Proven experience handling large data volumes and performance optimization.

5. Exposure to Agile delivery methods.
